New Construction
New construction provides for the production of a new home to a specific standard including structural products and customer-selected décor. Standard and Custom are two levels of service offered by Reed Construction Company, Inc.
Standard construction is performed on a fixed cost basis. Standard service is less costly but in no way reduces the quality of your new home. The overall structural design is less complex, and the product selections are relatively limited.
Custom construction is performed on a time + material basis. This type of service allows for a full range of designs and selections. Cost management is provided with a line-item budget. The budget is developed once the design and product determinations are made.
